I see an error when registering my Ooni item, what can I do?

If you see the above error message when registering your Ooni product, please ensure you have enabled cookies.

If you have already declined cookies, you can re-enable them by following the steps below:

Step 1. Click 'Settings' in your current browser. 

Step 2. Click 'Security and privacy'.

Step 3. Open the ‘Cookies’ section.

Step 4. Under the ‘See all cookies and site data’ heading you should see an option for allowing certain sites to always use cookies (or to clear cookies once you leave the page).

Step 5. Add the URL of the Ooni registration page into whichever option you are comfortable with.

The registration page should now load for you.

If you are still seeing this error message, try loading the page in a private browsing/incognito mode window.
