My Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub displays "Hi/Lo" on the display.

If 'Hi/Lo' is appearing on your Digital Temperature Hub display, this is usually because: 

  • The oven has exceeded the maximum temperatures
  • The oven has exceeded the minimum temperatures


If you find this message appears when you're connected to Ooni Connect™ via the Ooni App, follow the below steps:

  • Check your mobile device app store and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the Ooni App
  • Disconnect the wires and remove the Digital Temperature Hub from your oven
  • Remove the battery compartment from the Digital Temperature Hub
  • Perform a factory reset by pressing the reset button (your Digital Temperature Hub can either be powered on or off)

  • Replace the battery compartment and reattach the wires to your Digital Temperature Hub
  • Replace the Digital Temperature Hub back onto your oven
  • Proceed to reconnect the Digital Temperature Hub with the Ooni App
