My Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub displays "Hi/Lo" on the display.
June 20 2024 3:15pmIf 'Hi/Lo' is appearing on your Digital Temperature Hub display, this is usually because:
- The oven has exceeded the maximum temperatures
- The oven has exceeded the minimum temperatures
If you find this message appears when you're connected to Ooni Connect™ via the Ooni App, follow the below steps:
- Check your mobile device app store and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the Ooni App
- Disconnect the wires and remove the Digital Temperature Hub from your oven
- Remove the battery compartment from the Digital Temperature Hub
- Perform a factory reset by pressing the reset button (your Digital Temperature Hub can either be powered on or off)
- Replace the battery compartment and reattach the wires to your Digital Temperature Hub
- Replace the Digital Temperature Hub back onto your oven
- Proceed to reconnect the Digital Temperature Hub with the Ooni App
