How do I know when to stop mixing my dough before kneading?

Once all the ingredients are in the bowl, continue to mix until everything is one rough ball. There's no need to start kneading at this stage.
Step 2: Rest the dough
Check that all the ingredients are in the dough ball and cover with a clean tea towel for 5-10 minutes to help the gluten start developing. After this time the dough will be easier to handle and you can start kneading the dough. Check out: How do I know when I should stop kneading my dough?
