What can I cook in Ooni Volt 12?

Ooni Volt 12 is versatile and can achieve incredible results on so much more than just pizza. 

Please be aware that if you choose to cook fatty foods such as steaks at ultra-high temperatures, this can cause the oven to create smoke, and there is a risk of a grease fire. If that occurs, please unplug your oven and leave the door closed until the fire is extinguished. Be very careful of the risk of the fire reigniting when opening the door.

Pre-set pizza settings

Ooni Volt 12 comes with default settings for some popular styles of pizza. This means that when you select these temperatures, the balance will automatically be set. You don't need to change the balance unless you'd prefer more heat on the top or bottom.
