Where can I use and store my Ooni Karu 2 Pro?

Ooni Karu 2 Pro is designed for outdoor use only. It's best to use your Karu 2 Pro in a well ventilated area with a 3 feet (1 meter) clearance on all sides of your oven and 9 feet (3 meters) of clearance above your oven. There should be a distance of at least 3.5 inches (90mm) between the edges of any of the oven legs and the edge of the table surface. This means Ooni Karu 2 Pro will not be suitable for use on most balconies. 

When your oven is not in use, use the Ooni Karu 2 Pro Cover to keep it safe from the elements and store inside where possible. When weather is stronger than usual (such as heavy snow, rain, or extended exposure to sea breeze), it is particularly important to store your oven indoors.

We also recommend removing the digital thermometer and storing it indoors when your oven's not in use.
