I can't move the ceiling vent in my Ooni Karu 16.

If the ceiling vent in your Ooni Karu 16 doesn't move, or is stiff to move, you can loosen the fixings that hold it in place with the torx key that came with the oven. 

• Ensure the oven is completely cooled down before adjusting this part.

• Always use Ooni Oven Gloves or other protective gloves when handling your oven.
