First, make sure that your Ooni Pro is ready to cook with gas: Use the pizza door and make sure that the chimney vent and the ceiling vent are closed.
Remove the hatch so that you have a clear view of the burner and can tell when it is lit. Push in and slowly the gas burner dial anticlockwise until you hear a click. Keep the control knob depressed and check to make sure that the burner is lit. Hold in the control for 5 seconds after ignition. Replace the hatch and leave your Ooni Pro to preheat.
