The thermometer on my Ooni Karu 16 is showing a lower internal temperature than I expected.

If your digital thermometer isn't giving you an accurate reading of your oven's internal temperature, wipe the thermocouple down with a dry paper towel. This will remove any soot or residue that may be preventing your thermocouple from reading an accurate temperature.
